Interferon-stimulated genes (ISGs) is the central part of the research on interferon (IFN) function mechanism. After IFN binds to its receptor, through signal transducing in cytoplasm, activates the special transcription factors to attach the ciselements existing on the uostream of ISGs in nucleus and then induces gene expression. The paper reviewed mainlyon the signalling pathway and the products which play antiproliferative action of ISGs expression.
