软骨和骨细胞(成骨细胞/骨细胞)之间的平衡在组织内稳态、骨重建及骨稳态中起着至关重要的作用。TGF-β超家族如TGF-βs调节骨的增殖、分化和功能。本文集中于TGF-β典型信号通路探讨,并重点介绍了其对骨重建及软骨稳态的影响,同时阐述了不同的抑制剂及其在骨疾病中的临床应用,旨在为骨病的防治提供新的思路和方向。
The balance of cartilage and bone cells (osteoblasts and osteocytes) plays a crucial role in cartilage homeostasis and bone remodeling. This review focuses on the TGF-β canonical signaling pathway, highlights its influence on cartilage homeostasis and bone remodeling and presents different inhibitor and clinical applications in bone diseases. This review aims at providing new ideas and directions for the prevention and treatment of bone diseases.
