    本文报道了活性氧(ROS)清除剂——苯甲酸钠、维生素C、甘露醇、L-组氨酸、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶对Con A诱导的人外周血淋巴细胞化学发光(Ly-CL)均有抑制效应,提示人Ly-CL与ROS的生成有关,参与人Ly-CL的ROS类型有·OH、1O2、H2O2和O2-·。钙通道阻断剂——Verapamil对人Ly-CL也有抑制效应,表明人Ly-CL依赖于人淋巴细胞内钙离子浓度的增加。

    Abstract:

    It was reported that Con A-induced, Luminol-dependent chemiluminescence response of human peripheral lymphocytes might be inhibited by scavengers of reactive oxygen species (ROS), ie, vitamin C, sodium benzoate, mannitol, L-histidine, superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase. It was suggested that human lymphocyte chemiluminescence (Ly-CL) is related to the generation of ROS after lymphocytes were stimulated with Con A. ROS participating in human Ly-CL contained ·OH, 1O2,H2O2, O2-· and so on. The higher the concentraction of Ca2+-channel blocker——Verapamil presented, the lower the intensity of human Ly-CL observed. Probably, human Ly-CL depended on increased intracellular [Ca2+] of lymphocyte stimulated with antigens or mitogens. These findings propose that human Ly-CL may be an early events of lymphocyte activation.
