Immunoglobulin (Ig) gene expression is a B-cell-specific and developmental-stage-specific event. Several factors are involved in Ig gene transcription,including Oct 2,NF-kB and helix-loop-helix (HLH) proteins.The regulation of Ig gene transcription by these three kinds of protein factors are focured.
