To study the reaction mechanism of lipid peeroxidation,methodology is of critical importance.Many methods have been used to measure lipid peroxidation in biological systems,but every one has some advantage and also some disadvantage in different experiments. Recently people often use some advanced methods,such as high-performence liqid chromatography(HPLC),chemiluminescence and so on.
