Human fresh livers were treated by homogenization and centrifugation,then were purified by sephadex-G200 column chromatography,DEAE cellulose column chromatography,and polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis,pure human liver F antigen was obtained.Specific antisera were prepard by immunizing guinea pigs with the purified human F antigen.
