近年来,随着PCR技术方法学的逐步改进和完善,更加显示出它的实用性.这不仅扩大了其用武之地,也促进了分子生物学的快速发展.文章着重介绍PCR在基因工程和蛋白质工程应用中的某些新进展,包括不需连接的克隆技术、随机引导/定位PCR、cDNA末端随机快速扩增、重组PCR和大引物PCR.
In recent years PCR technique has shown its advantages and flexibility with the development of its methodology.This not only extended its application, but also promoted therapid development of molecular biology.The advances of PCR used in gene and protein engineering are reported here,including ligationindependent cloning, random- primed/ anchored PCR, random rapid amplification of cDNA ends, recombinant PCR and megaprimer PCR.
