RNA与蛋白质的相互作用是许多基本的细胞生理过程得以实现的决定性因素.近年来,随着技术的改进和新方法的建立,RNA和蛋白质的相互作用研究取得了长足进步.目前科研人员已经鉴定了许多RNA上的蛋白质结合位点,也发现了许多蛋白质中的RNA结合结构域,并对它们的结构特征进行了比较详细的研究.这些都为最终探明RNA和蛋白质相互作用的分子机制,从而从本质上认识相关的细胞生理过程打下了坚实的基础.
RNA-protein interactions play crucial roles in many fundamental cellular processes. Recently studies on RNA-protein interactions are getting considerable progress with the improvement of techniques and the appearance of new methods. Many protein-binding sites of RNAs have been characterized, some RNA-binding domains of proteins have been found, and the structural features of them have been investigated in detail. The results from above work can provide important information to understand the molecular mechanism of RNA-protein interactions and the related cellular processes.
