    摘要:

    利用cDNA微阵列检测了小鼠内毒素休克2 h及20 h肺组织基因表达谱的改变.发现内毒素休克2 h有128个基因表达上调,3个基因下调;内毒素休克20 h有51个基因表达上调,21个下调.并用RT-PCR进一步验证了结果的可靠性.初步分析了基因表达谱改变的意义.有助于从基因组水平阐明内毒素休克的分子机制.

    Abstract:

    The gene expression profiles of 1 176 genes were analyzed using AtlasTM Mouse cDNA array 1.2 in Babl/c mice lung tissues during endotoxic shock. Results showed that the expression of 128 genes was up-regulated and 3 genes down-regulated at 2 hours after exposure to endotoxin; the expression of 51 genes was up-regulated and 21 genes down-regulated at 20 hours after exposure to endotoxin. The changes in gene expression were further confirmed by RT-PCR. The significance of above changes in gene expression was analyzed. The results would be helpful to elucidating the molecular mechanism of endotoxic shock.
