    Abstract:

    Phospholipid(PL)has higher medical and nutritional values and widely applied in medical,food,Chemical industry field etc. The natural PL of yolk powder was extracted by supercritical fluid CO2 extraction(SFE-CO2)technique. The phosphorus,nitrogen and PL contents,the N/P molar ratio,the triglyceride and cholesterol of the extraction were measured by means of biochemical method,thin layer chromatography,and spectral analysis. The results showed that extracted yolk PL is 95%in purity and its N/P molar ratio is 1.003. So the SFE-CO2 technique can be used to obtain yolk PL with higher purity quality.
