    Abstract:

    Enzymatic catalysis in organic solvent is one of the most interesting topics. Immobilized lipase from Mucor miehei catalysed esterification of organsilicon alcohol in organic solvent was explosed and the effect of various factors on the reaction was studied. The different organsilicon alcohol substrates and fatty acid substrates, organic solvent polarity and water contents etc. were studied.
