    Abstract:

Histone acetylation has profound effects on chromatin structure, and it is directly linked to the gene activation of specific domains on genomic DNA. Histone acetylation is one of the most important ways in transcriptional regulation, functioning in the processes of cellular proliferation, differentiation and senecence.
