    Abstract:

Porous cellulose acetate beads are formed for enzyme immobilization. The carrier is activated by being oxidized with NaIO4, after which amyloglucosidase is attached to it. The optimal reaction conditions and the kinetics of the immobilized amyloglucosidase are determined and compared with those of the free enzyme. The activity of the immobilized amyloglucosidase shows no decay after 10 batches of starch hydrolyses, the total reaction time of which is more than 24 h at 55℃.
