    Abstract:

    DNA damage and repair of damaged DNA can cause cell cycle arrest. This process is consisted of three periods: recognition of damage domain in the DNA, transduction of damage signal and cell cycle arrest. Sometimes, this kind of cell cycle arrest may be failed.
