    高压静电场下盆栽水萝卜、使用含 32P培养液和由8种无机离子组成的培养液,测试 32P的放射强度分布和8种无机元素的分布,结果在土壤和培养液上层 32P的放射强度分别比对照高15.19%和63.73%,下层分别比对照低18.39%和29.05%.静电场下生长在含 32P土壤中的水萝卜叶片中 32P放射强度比对照高66.57%,而根部较对照低8.27%.在静电场作用下,培养液中无机离子向电场的正极方向移动(上层),而对照呈相反的分布趋势.这说明静电场促进植物对离子的吸收是与静电场作用下的离子移动有关.

    Abstract:

    Under the high voltage electrostatic field(HVEF),radishes were planted in the cultural solution containing 32P and eight kinds of inorganic ions. The analytic results of the distribution of 32P and ions showed that the radiation intensities of 32P in the upper layer of soil and cultural solution were 15.19% and 63.13% higher than that of the control group, but in the lower layer were 18.39% and 29.05% lower than that of control group respectivel.The 32P intensity in radish leaf was 66.57% higher than that in control leaf, but in root it was 8.27% less than that in control one. Also,the cations in the cultural solution under HVFF tended to move to upper layer of the solution,while those in control one tended to distribute to lower layer. Results indicate that the promoting effects of HVEF on ion absorption of the plant (up ground parts) are related to the upward movement of cations under the HVEF.
