    摘要:

    介绍了酵母三杂交系统的原理、应用、前景和存在的不足.在酵母双杂交基础上发展起来的酵母三杂交系统，将应用范围扩大到研究蛋白质-蛋白质、蛋白质-RNA、蛋白质-小分子药物间的相互作用.

    Abstract:

    Yeast three-hybrid system based on yeast two-hybrid system can be used in research of the interaction among three kinds of proteins and interaction among the proteins and RNA or interaction between protein and drug.Its theory,application and shortcoming were summarized.
