引进Hong的化学电容概念,将菌紫质膜光电响应系统(SPRBM)抽象为C-电容、N-电容、质子泵通道和质子返回通道等模块,构筑了功能模块框图模型.用该模型导出了SPRBM的冲击响应电流、“铁/紫膜/胶/铜”光电池的电势分布表达式及等效电路模型.
The system of the photoelectric response of Bacteriorhodopsin membrane (SPRBM) is an important system for molecular-electric research. Based on the Hong’s concept of chemical capacitance, a functional block diagram model of SPRBM was developed. It consists of C-capacitance and its current source; N-capacitance and its current source; proton transfer channel and back channel .By using this model ,a pulse response function and potential distribution of the “Fe/Br/Gel/Cu” photo-cell and its equivalent circuit were derived.
