近年来,随着高通量实验技术的发展和广泛应用,越来越多可利用的蛋白质相互作用网络数据开始出现.这些数据为进化研究提供了新的视角.从蛋白质、蛋白质相互作用、模体、模块直到整个网络五个层次,综述了近年来蛋白质相互作用网络进化研究领域的主要进展,侧重于探讨蛋白质相互作用、模体、模块直到整个网络对蛋白质进化的约束作用,以及蛋白质相互作用网络不同于随机网络特性的起源和进化等问题.总结了前人工作给学术界的启示,探讨了该领域未来可能的发展方向.
Recently, advances in high-throughput experimental technologies enable an ever-increasing amount of data on protein interaction networks available. These data provide new insights into the evolutionary processes of protein interaction networks. The researches associated with analyzing such data from an evolutionary perspective was reviewed at five different levels: from proteins to protein interactions, motifs, modules and the whole network. Two aspects were focused on: 1) the constraints of the network organization on protein evolution, 2) origins and evolution of the topological features of protein interaction networks which are different from those of random networks. In addition, the enlightenments from the former studies were presented and the development trends in this field were discussed.
