    摘要:

    天然免疫系统作为机体抵御病原体入侵的第一道防线,在维持机体免疫稳态、防控感染、调节炎症及肿瘤免疫监视中发挥核心作用。近年来,随着“运动即良药”理念的深入人心,运动对天然免疫功能的调控效应逐渐成为研究热点。本文系统综述了运动对天然免疫系统各关键组成部分的调节机制,内容涵盖皮肤黏膜屏障、分泌性免疫(如sIgA)、自然杀伤细胞、中性粒细胞、巨噬细胞、树突状细胞、补体系统以及多种炎症因子的动态变化。进一步地,本文探讨了运动通过AMPK、NF-κB等典型信号通路介导免疫代谢重塑和抗炎调控的分子机制。综述结果表明,规律而适量的中等强度运动可通过多维机制显著增强天然免疫系统的效能,有助于提升抗感染能力、延缓免疫老化及预防慢性疾病。本综述为深入理解运动免疫学提供了理论基础,也为运动干预在免疫功能优化中的应用提供了重要参考。

    Abstract:

    The innate immune system serves as the body's primary defense against invading pathogens, playing a pivotal role in maintaining immune homeostasis, preventing and controlling infections, and regulating inflammation and tumor immunosurveillance. In recent years, with the popularization of the concept of "exercise is good medicine", the regulatory effect of exercise on innate immune function has gradually become a research hot spot. This paper presents a systematic review of the mechanisms by which exercise regulates key components of the innate immune system. The review covers the dynamics of the skin-mucosal barrier, secretory immunity (e.g., sIgA), natural killer cells, neutrophils, macrophages, dendritic cells, the complement system, and a variety of inflammatory factors.Furthermore, the current study delves into the molecular mechanisms through which exercise modulates immune-metabolic remodeling and anti-inflammatory regulation, utilizing well-established signaling pathways such as AMPK and NF-κB. A review of the results suggests that regular and moderate exercise of moderate intensity can significantly enhance the efficacy of the innate immune system through multidimensional mechanisms. These mechanisms may help improve resistance to infection, delay immune aging, and prevent chronic diseases.This review provides a theoretical foundation for a more profound comprehension of exercise immunology and constitutes a significant reference point for the implementation of exercise interventions in the enhancement of immune function.
