    Abstract:

Proteins anchored in membrane by fatty acids or glycosylphosphatidylinsitol have been found in a wide variety of cells. Recent evidence shows that the function of these proteins widely related with immunology and signal transduction. This review summarizes the progress in the past few years concerning the structure. biosynthesis and functions of these proteins.
