E.coli(Escherichia coli) has been widely used in expressing foreign genes, but different foreign genes may exhibit very different expression efficiencies. This article is the review of factors that influence expression of foreign genes in E.coli. and it will be helpful to know the information in this field, in order to take effective measures to improve expression efficiencies of foreign genes in E.coli.
