    Abstract:

To study the damage of DNA, methodology of measuring DNA double-strand breaks(dsbs) is of critical importance. Many methods have been used, but each has its advantage and limitation. Recently, researchers often use some advanced methods, such as fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH), comet assay (or single-cell electrophoresis, SCE), high-performance capillary electrophoresis (HPCE) etc.
