Abstract:

BIA Technology now is widely used in all kind of Bio-research. It will be found how BIA have been used for ligand fishing to detect and purify the unknown ligand. The other application is to detect the affinity and kinetic information of monoclonal antibody directly from hybridoma supernatant.
