The relation between trinucleotide-repeat and neurologic disease is paid close attention by many reseachens. The development of gene cloning of neurologic diseases which are related to trinucleotide-repeat is introduced. A fuller description is given on the possible pathogenesis of trinucleotide repeat expansion.
