588 genes expressed in nasopharynx, trachea, esophagus and bladder tissues were examined by Mouse Atlas^TM cDNA expression array and there are 11 genes expressed much higher in nasopharynx than in other tissues .These genes might be candidates for relative tissue specific genes of nasopharynx. The expression result was further confirmed by RT-PCR examination.
