    Abstract:

Ras-GTP-Raf complexes play an important role in the RTKs-mediated Ras pathway. The molecular mechanism of signal transduction in the Ras-GTP-Raf complexes is that the complexes switch signal transduction, trigger signal amplification cascade and may be involved in neoplasia. In addition, Ras-GTP-Raf complexes are essential in the PKC-mediated activation of Raf.
