Abstract:

Mediated by PMS,the NADH resulted from the reaction catalysed by LDH isozymes can reduce K₃Fe(CN)₆ into K₄Fe(CN)₆. Then K₄Fe(CN)₆ can react with FeCl₃ resulting in Prussian blue which dyes LDH isozymes.
