    Abstract:

In recent years, three proteins that have high homology with protein 4.1 in red blood cell have been obtained. All of them involve three functional domains,membrane-binding domain,spectrin-actin binding domain and carboxyl terminal domain. Moreover, protein 4.1 is related to mitosis and the formation of the neural synapse besides that it plays an important role in maintaining the normal physical and physiological properties of the cell membrane.
