    Abstract:

Activity of electron transfer in cytochrome c oxidase remains in its thin solid film. The characteristic metal active sites and their structural cycle during catalytic reaction, characteristic spectra, physical electron donor or donor-physically controlled, and switch property, which make the oxidase a candidate for study of molecular electronics and design of nanodevices, for example, erasable byte nanostorage.
