Progress in Biochemistry and Biophysics welcomes submission of research and review articles in all areas of life science. All data must undergo peer review along with the manuscript as part of the acceptance process. It is required that the data are true and reliable, and that the main data, figures and tables have not been published in any form, nor have been considered for publication by other journals or websites. If a review paper cites figure/table in published literature, the copyright owner's license shall be submitted to the editorial office. If some of the supporting data or figure/table in research papers have been published, authors shall state it in writing to the editorial office and make proper citation. The journal opposes redundant publishing of research results and all academic misconduct including multiple submissions. Once such behavior is found, this journal will demand the responsible person and institute to apologize publicly, and take necessary punishment measures and demand financial compensation.
